Pork, Leek & Fennel


We use our ever-popular Pork, Leek & ginger sausage and give it a little twist with some fennel. The taste is surprisingly fresh and makes an excellent breakfast sausage.  It is a little reminicent of an Italian breakfast sausage which often uses fennel.  

STYLE - Thick, 68% Pork

Cooking Method - Fry gently in a griddle pan or grill.  Can also be oven cooked and is excellent on the BBQ
